Surya Kantham can see better with your help

Seelam Surya Kantham, 65 year old widow from Domada village is living with his son. Up to last year she was able to manage her own chores at home and also help her daughter-in-law with domestic work. But slowly her vision has dropped since last one year and she found it difficult to manage at home and she felt very depressed.

She attended our eye screening camp at Mamidada and after a thorough eye examination it was found that she needs corrective spectacles for her to see well. Manikyam was already operated for Cataracts in both eyes and after operation they gave her a pair of spectacles for better vision. Last year she broke her spectacles and did not buy again as she doesn’t have enough money.  When we mentioned her about the price of the spectacles she said that she has no money as she is not an earning member. Based on her economic condition we have provided a pair of spectacle to her because of your donation.
