Veera Papa can see better with glasses

Dear Casey,

Sixty year old Veera Papa Reddy is a widow who lives in the village of Kadakuduru in coastal Andhra Pradesh. She has no sources of income, and is dependent on her two sons for support. Her eyesight has been going down for sometime, and at an eyecamp, it was detected that she had early cataracts in both eyes. But she doesn’t need operation at this stage and her vision can be improved with glasses for some time.
