Mallamma can now live with dignity

Sixty five year old Mallamma is a widow living in the village of Mamidada. She has two sons and one daughter, all of whom are married. Mallamma is helpless and working as a daily laborer  to make  her living and she earns about $ 2 a  day. But since few months she was depressed as she noticed defective vision in her both eyes and she could not go to work. She also has  no money for medical checkup. At that time she came to know about Sankurathri foundation and visited us. Here she had complete eye checkup and finally she was advised glasses for better vision.

Your dontion, Johanna, enabled Sankurathri Foundation to provide a pair of glasses to Mallamma. Thank you for your kindness. With your help Mallamma can look after herself now and live  with dignity in her old age.
