Fifty-five year old Randi Pyditalli is a widow living with her son’s family in the village of Mangiturthi in coastal Andhra Pradesh. Her husband died 3 years ago due to some post operative complications. Ever since the time Pyditalli has been dependent on her son who is a mason in the village. As there is no work in the village he commutes to nearby place look for work. His daily wages are $ 4 when he is able to find work, which is not very often.
Pyditalli’s vision has been going down for a long time, but she hesitated visiting an optician, because she could not afford to buy new glasses. Your donation, Pradeep, enabled Sankurathri Foundation to provide a pair of glasses for Pyditalli. Thank you, for enabling her to see better.
