Sunil Kumar goes to school instead of waiting tables

Jakkilinki Sunil kumar, 14Y, 8th
Dear Leslie, Jon, Craig, Lowry, Bret, Christine, Yosia, Melissa, and Dean and Julie,

Fourteen year old Jakkilinki Sunil Kumar is the second child of an agricultural labourer in rural Andhra Pradesh. His father, Srinivasrao, a tailor, earns 120 $ a month barely
able to support his family’s basic necessities.

Because of poverty, families such as Sunil Kumar’s do not believe in education and endorse child labour. So a boy like him would normally not have been going to school at all. Sunil Kumar is, however, enrolled in Grade 8 at Sarada Vidyalayam, the school run by Sankurathri Foundation.

Your donation, Leslie, Jon (x2), Craig, Lowry (x2), Bret, Christine, Yosia, Melissa, and Dean and Julie (x2), will ensure that his tuition is paid for a month and he can receive quality
education.

Thank you, Leslie, Jon, Craig, Lowry, Bret, Christine, Yosia, Melissa, and Dean and Julie, , for coming together to give Sunil Kumar the opportunity to get a good education.
