Chittaiah resumes work

Sixty six year old Seketi Chittaiah works as a farm laborer and supports his wife with his meager earnings of around 35 $ a month. As his wife is ill, she is home-bound. They live in the village of Ragampeta.

For the past six months, his deteriorating eye sight worried him as he could not even go to work. During an eye camp, it was diagnosed that he needed corrective glasses to see properly. Being poor, he could not afford them.
