Mahalakshmi can see well now

Thank you for gifting a cataract surgery to Mahalakshmi.

Moggi Mahalakshmi has two sons and she has been living with her son’s family ever since she became a widow ten years ago. At times she feels that she is a burden on her son, but since she has been a house wife all her life, she could never contribute financially to running the household. She, however, has been helping her son’s family at home.
Unfortunately for the last one year she couldn’t work at home either because of her poor eye sight and that made her very depressed. When she was so depressed her son escorted her to our free eye camp, where she was advised to undergo cataract surgery. Your generosity enabled Sankurathri Foundation to perform a cataract surgery on Mahalakshmi. The donation also covered the cost of post operative care, medicines and two follow up check-ups.
