Anjamma can see again!

Anjamma is a 60 year old widow living in the village of Rayavaram in Tamil Nadu, India. Her husband, Rama, died five years ago and her two sons are married and living with their families. Anjamma makes $2 a day but was not been able to go to work for a few months because of poor vision in both eyes. What’s worse, she didn’t have enough money to go to the hospital.

Anjamma recently learned about the Sankurathri Foundation and the vision services they provide. She visited the foundation, received a complete eye checkup, and finally was advised to purchases glasses for better vision. After learning of her economic condition, the Foundation provided Anjamma with a pair of glasses. This was only possible because of your kind donation, Tony. Thank you!
